Croatia Yacht Week

“Nothing like the real world”

Really, and truly, nothing like the real world. The Yacht Week Croatia lived up to all of the hype and expectations I read about beforehand. The Yacht Week now covers six different routes in the summer months. There is the traditional Croatia route that we went on, Croatia Ultra Route which takes places during the Ultra music festival, Greece Original and Greece Rhodes route, Montenegro and finally the Italy – Sicily route.  Decisions, decisions, decisions.
Sometimes, you just have to let the pictures speak for themselves.
Think sailing the Adriatic Sea from island to island with an experienced skipper taking the lead. Sipping on tasty cocktails upon arrival at Carpe Diem in Hvar. Dancing to a live DJ at a 200+ year old castle fortress.   Anchoring down in a calm blue cove for a floating party with 40+ other yacht-week boats and sleeping under the stars. Or.. renting a vespa and cruising the scenic roads of Vis.
Themed nightly parties //  Neon parties on the open sea. White-out parties at Carpe Diem in Hvar. Patriotic days for the regatta.
